Damaged or Defective Items
In case of a damaged or defective item we offer replacements or store credit, subject to verification. Please reach out to us within 07 days of delivery with photographic proof and order details.
If a replacement is not possible, we will explore alternative resolutions such as credit towards future purchases.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subjected to stock availability. Buyers are responsible for any additional shipping costs.
